Pre-assembly

Welding
Each welding subassembly was past flaw testing.Internal and external double welding to ensure the stable property with aesthetic.
The external quality of the weld is tested with weld gauge. The internal quality inspection of the weld is detected by ultrasonic inspection. When the ultrasonic inspection cannot judge the defect, we use the X-ray to further inspect it.
