Pre-assembly
The pre-assembly in our factory generally adopts the horizontal mode, the staking out processed the tower or bolt structure parts, according to the design of the structure to assembly, and comprehensived inspect the structure, then make the final conclusion, to ensure the pre-assembly tower are qualified,finally put into mass production.
Welding
Each welding subassembly was past flaw testing.Internal and external double welding to ensure the stable property with aesthetic.
The external quality of the weld is tested with weld gauge. The internal quality inspection of the weld is detected by ultrasonic inspection. When the ultrasonic inspection cannot judge the defect, we use the X-ray to further inspect it.

Galvanizing
We galvanize a wide variety of steel products including utility and telecom structures, bridges and culverts, scaffolding solar posts and platforms, as well as a broad range of structural steel and miscellaneous fabrication.
we provide the ample storage and staging space that is needed. Our Galvanizing facilities offer best-in-class,meets national environmental protection standards, the equipment captures the white smoke from our process and filters particle emissions so no fumes are released into the atmosphere. The zinc pot size is 14L x 3W x 3.6D, can meet the various galvanized sizes of steel parts in industry.

Our facilities operate with a negative pressure pretreatment containment room that allows us to capture the acid vapors through a water scrubber to eliminate harmful emissions.
