Installation process

The installation of anchor bolts is generally divided into four processes.

During the installation of the anchor bolt, the corresponding construction records should be made in detail to truly reflect the type and specification of the anchor bolt, so as to provide effective technical data for future maintenance and replacement.

Generally, the embedded steel plate with higher installation accuracy should be made into the ground cage first (it needs to be worn on the embedded steel plate through the bolt hole, and installed with nuts to press tightly. Before pouring, the embedded parts are bound and fixed on the template to ensure the installation size of the foot bolts. If you want to save material, you can also use steel welding fixed, after the completion of welding need to check the geometric size. At this point, the foot bolt installation is really complete.
