1. Tower length

The single tube tower is usually designed with 2-

3 sections, each of which is no more than 12 meters long. If the tower is too long, transportation, installation and surface treatment will be affected, which will increase the processing difficulty. The tower is too long for transportation and installation, and larger tools are needed for transportation and installation. When the tower surface is hot-

dip galvanized, the galvanized pool is generally 12 meters long, and the galvanized quality will be affected or even unable to be galvanized. For some sites to be installed on hills, the length of the tower should be shorter and the number of sections should be more, because the slopes are steep and the trees are long, which cannot be transported by large cranes, but can only be transported and installed by tractors and manual workers.

2. Leave a distance

The single tube tower is fixed on the anchor cage by nuts through the bottom flange of the base section, and the reinforcement plates are welded between the bottom flange and the tower body. Sufficient distance between the reinforcement plates should be reserved when lofting, and the nuts can be locked by tools.

The beautifying cover of the beautifying rod is to hide the antenna inside. When setting out, it is necessary to pay attention to the distance between the beautifying cover and the rod body, leaving enough space for the installation of the antenna.
